Good size room, looks clean for the most part. Close to Centro Maya and Oxxo, could get food and other supplies easily. Could easily mention landmark to people for arranging pickup/dropoff.

Great housekeeping, large room, large bathroom, near to shopping and some restaurants, next door to Oxxo, small-ish but very nice pool. Nice pool deck area (add more plants). Exceptionally nice and helpful staff. Easy and inexpensive taxi ride to the beach.

I love ❤️ this place is very comfy 😌 💕 I'm here sometimes twice a year for the last 4 years never had any issues or complaining family oriented customer service great 👍 and absolutely 💯 ewsoectfull always clean and 🤫 quiet

This hotel was a great value because it's located a short distance away from the city center. The outdoor pool was small but refreshing in the heat. The rooms weren't decorative but the bed was large and comfortable. The a\c worked well. The wifi was excellent and there's a desk great for working. The TV is large and had Netflix. The bathroom was spacious and plenty of hot water. There are good restaurants and convenient stores right across the street. People complaining about the blinds, there are slats but if you roll it down so the slats overlap they block light well. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find.

Comfortable room, shopping possibilities are few meters. Parking in front of the hotel is free. It is not a luxury hotel but well worth the money they asking for it! The small pool is also positive!

Kingsize bed, bigscreen tv, shower is always hot. Relatively quiet neighborhood, right next to an oxxo. Across the road there is the Centro Maya where you can get everything you need.

Much better than I expected! don’t understand why it is only 2 stared. There were a pool, a gigantic beed, elevator, the best WiFi we have had yet, tv with Netflix and good service.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe there. There's only one entrance and someone's at the front desk full time (which is also helpful with miscellaneous things.) Hotel was very clean and the cleaning crew was eager to please with clean towels, etc. Wifi was excellent and TV came with a great selection of channels, including Netflix - so, I was never bored in my room. Although I'm not a "pool person", I watched many guests take advantage of the pool and deck area under my window. Right across the street is an enclosed mall which includes McDonald's, banks, a gym, and something akin to Walmart, called Soriana, where you can buy anything from fresh produce to shampoo or makeup to pet food. There's also a Taxi stand in front with a set fee schedule to different destinations. Btw, it's 70 pesos to get to epicenter of town and all the action.

Clean and effective, however the price is a bit high considering the facilities. Also you'll be just above the road so if you're a light sleeper request rooms on the other side because the traffic does make a bit of noise ☺️
